This Terms of Service outlines the rules and responsibilities for using the SoriNote app ("Service").

1. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the emotional diaries and content they record. Content must not infringe on others' rights or privacy.

2. Content Storage

All entries are stored locally on the user’s device. If the Google Drive backup feature is enabled, data will also be stored in the user’s Google account.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Recording or saving information about others without permission
• Inserting malicious code or exploiting the app's features for abuse

4. Modifications

The operator reserves the right to modify these terms with prior notice.

5. Age Requirement

The SoriNote app is designed for users aged 4 and above, in accordance with App Store guidelines. Children should use the app under parental guidance when necessary.

6. In-App Purchases and Ads

The SoriNote app may include advertisements and offer optional in-app purchases, such as premium features or subscriptions. These purchases are processed through the app store and are subject to their respective policies. Ads may be displayed in the free version of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss or service interruptions, resulting from the use of the app. Users are advised to regularly back up their data using the provided features. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
