Privacy Policy for SoriNote

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "SoriNote" operated by Hyeokseo Bak.

Sori Note Developer ("Operator") establishes and discloses this privacy policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users’ personal information and handle related issues smoothly and promptly.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Operator processes personal information for the following purposes. The information will not be used for any other purpose, and if the purpose changes, necessary actions such as obtaining separate consent will be taken in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

• App User Management: To verify the user’s intent to use the app.

The Operator retains and processes personal information within the period agreed upon by the user or as required by law.

Personal information is destroyed immediately when it is no longer needed.

• When retention is required by law, information is moved to a separate database.
• Destruction method: Selected and approved by the privacy officer before deletion.

• Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of their personal information at any time.
• Requests can be made via written request, email, or fax.
• Legal representatives may act on behalf of the user with a signed delegation form.
• Certain requests may be restricted under the Personal Information Protection Act.
• The Operator will verify the identity of the requester before proceeding.
